Fly Paine Field is a consortium of local residents, business groups and agencies dedicated to realizing a simple vision: Regional commuter air service at Paine Field. The consortium is also focused on neutralizing the negative hype against the intended use of an existing airfield with facts.

Paine Field will never be a large-scale hub airport like LAX, Denver, or Chicago. Nobody affiliated with Fly Paine Field would support the campaign for a regional airport in Snohomish County if we believed the evolutionary path of Paine Field was to become a major hub.

The future of commercial aviation and the economic realities of the area dictate otherwise: Paine Field would make an excellent municipal commuter airport with direct flights to many popular destinations like the Bay Area, the Los Angeles basin, Portland, Spokane, and elsewhere. There is no research to support any conclusion that would lead someone to believe that making Paine Field a local, regional airport will lead to greater consequences.
