Mukilteo Hopes To Exploit Appeals To Stop Flights

Mukilteo Mayor Joe Marine hopes to use the State Environmental Protection Act (SEPA) to delay or block the construction of the air terminal necessary for passenger flights at Paine Field.  The Herald's Bill Sheets reports that the anti-airport group is already losing ground based on the Council's vote to move forward with an air terminal.  For the full story, click here.
