Conor Glassey of the Snohomish Tribune contributes this piece about the introduction of the Fly From Everett website, and writes of his conversation with Denver attorney Peter Kirsch, who consulted the Mediated Role Determination panel.  According to Glassey, Kirsch states that even though the County doesn't have to encourage passenger air service, there is little that can be done at public use airports to prevent any air carrier from starting air service there.  Mr Glassey's article in the Tribune appears here.
